YOUR RECIPES...

gin fizz

gin // pineapple juice // ginger ale // lemon

This is a fresh and zingy cocktail that is perfect for drinking in the sun. It goes hand in hand with a BBQ. It's refreshing, fizzy and has the taste of pineapple through it. Summer is upon us.

If you are using your box to make 12 cocktails, you'll need 25ml of gin, 50ml of pineapple juice, 50ml of ginger ale and a wedge of lemon. If you want to make 6 stronger cocktails, I would recommend upping to 50ml of gin. This one works well as a single measure though!

  1. Add 25ml of gin to your jam jar.

  2. Fill the jar with ice. You want this to be to the top of the jam, but so that you can also get the lid on.

  3. Add 50ml of pineapple juice.

  4. Put the lid on and give it a good shake.

  5. Top with 50ml of ginger ale.

  6. Add a wedge of lemon. Get a spoon and give it a gentle mix, you'll see the pineapple rise up through the drink.

  7. Put a straw in and enjoy. Recommendation: Drink this one in the sun.

fruit punch

dappy share rum // mango juice // orange juice // fresh lime

I really love the taste of dark rum and fruit, I think it's just always a winner. Lime really sets off the flavours too and with the sun shining and this cocktail in hand, you can't go wrong. If I was going to make a double measure in this box, it would be on this one.

If you are using your box to make 12 cocktails, you'll need 25ml of rum, 50ml of mango juice, 50ml of orange juice and a quarter of a fresh lime. If you want to make 6 stronger cocktails, I would recommend upping to 50ml of rum. It's a taste preference, you're the creator, so just see how you go!

  1. Add 25ml of rum to your jam jar.

  2. Add a quarter of a lime, giving it a good squeeze as you drop it into the jar.

  3. Fill the jar with ice. You want this to be to the top of the jam, but so that you can also get the lid on.

  4. Add 50ml of mango juice and 50ml of orange juice.

  5. Put the lid on and give it a good shake! We want to get the lime and rum well mixed and nice and cold.

  6. You can decorate it with a lime wheel or just a wedge of lime.

  7. Put a straw in and enjoy.

tequila sunrise

jose cuervo tequila // strawberry syrup // grapefruit // fresh lime

When I first started playing around with tequila cocktails, I was convinced I wouldn't like them. I thought that I would get caught up in remembering shots on a night out... However, I just love them. You can taste the tequila in this one, but with the sharpness of the grapefruit and lime and a slight undertone of sweet strawberry, all is forgotten.

If you are using your box to make 12 cocktails, you'll need 25ml of tequila, 100ml of grapefruit juice, a splash of strawberry syrup and a quarter of a lime.. If you want to make 6 stronger cocktails, I would recommend upping to 50ml of tequila. It's a taste preference, you're the creator, so just see how you go!

  1. Add 25ml of tequila to your jam jar.

  2. Fill the jar with ice. You want this to be to the top of the jam, but so that you can also get the lid on.

  3. Add 100ml of grapefruit juice.

  4. Add a splash of the syrup. I don't like mine too sweet, so I would use just under a quarter of my mini jar. It's up to you though. Maybe try it with a little first and add more if you need to.

  5. Put the lid on and give it a good shake!

  6. Put a straw in and enjoy.
